We build custom Squarespace websites. Squarespace is a beautiful, all-in-one, drag-and-drop platform, designed to be simple, intuitive and gorgeous.
We’ve used many platforms over the years and Squarespace has come out tops every time.
It’s user-friendly design features mean we can hand your website over to you and feel confident you can update it as your business evolves — we’ll even give you a lesson on how to do this, so you have all the tools you need to future-proof your website.
Not to mention you can also host your online store, email marketing, online courses, event calendar(s), blog, and more in one place – all on Squarespace.
For us it’s a no-brainer!

We start with a blank template for every new site and use all of the info from our calls, questionnaires, and collaboration to guide the design.
No business is the same, and so we believe no website should be the same either!
However, if you have purchased a third party template that you would like us to use in order to guide the design, we can happily do so!

1:1 collaboration and pre-design prep.
We only work with one client at a time – we don’t juggle multiple projects at once. This allows us to be efficient, but also solely focused on you and your business.
As for the pre-design prep, we know it can be difficult to know where to start with gathering website content, so we have created content guides, resources, and a whole lot of support to ensure this is as breezy as possible. When we have everything we need from the start, we can accomplish a lot in a smaller period of time. Although the website is created in 3 weeks, the pre-design work is the part that takes quite a while - but we are with you every step of the way.

Absolutely! We understand that investing in your brand is a significant step, and we want to make it as accessible as possible. You secure your spot with a 20% deposit and the project needs to be fully paid up upon completion, but we’re happy to break down your payments into as many instalments as you like (with no extra fees). During our consultation call, you will have the opportunity to choose a payment schedule that aligns best, so you can focus on your ikigai without the added stress.

On launch day of your website we provide a 2 hour lesson where we show you how to use and update your website. You’ll have access to a recording of this for life, so you can check back whenever you need.
If you need help outside of this, we are always an email away. If it’s something we can help you with via email then hurray no charges! If it’s something a bit bigger and we need to log in to make some changes we have an hourly rate.
3 Week WEB DESIGN

Yes! As part of your design process We will provide you with content gathering guides and resources to ensure you feel supported through the entire process.
During your Consultation Call we’ll also collaborate together before you dive into gathering your content, so we can give you an idea of what you will need to craft the website of your dreams.
For those who want to ensure they’re creating a website that converts, we provide a Website + Done With You Copy package. Designed to leave you with a website that not only looks beautiful, but also functions beautifully too, thanks to its compelling copy that really speaks to your clients! You can find out more here.

In theory, yes! From the day you book your Design Date you will know exactly when your website will launch.
However, gathering the content for your website takes a minimum of one month and so we will need to take this into account when booking your Design Date.
If you have a particular date in mind let us know when you enquire and we will do our best to accommodate.
PLEASE NOTE: we are often booked up a few months in advance so it’s best to enquire ASAP to ensure you start your project in time for your desired launch date.

I am usually booked out a few months ahead, so it’s best to book your Consultation Call as early as possible so you can secure your design date ASAP.
However, the good thing about this is that it gives you plenty of time to gather your website content - a process that can easily take a couple of months!

Our design process is very collaborative. We start with an in-depth Consultation Call to understand your vision, style, and goals. From there, we move into our signature process steps.

COPy writing

Copy is basically anything you write to motivate people to take a desired action (think booking a class, scheduling a consultation call, buying a product, or simply singing up to your newsletter) .
Copy is absolutely vital in creating a website that converts. In fact, business that invest in copy increase conversions and income by and average of 300%!

Our thing is design and so we only offer copy in conjunction with a website, not as a standalone service.
We want to ensure your design functions as beautifully as it looks. Copy is a huge part of that, which is why we offer a package that includes both a website and Done With You copy.

We offer a Done With You style service rather than Done For You. We do this because we want your website to sound like you, not a carbon copy of us. We truly believe that you can’t outsource your copy until you have found your own voice first. We guide you through that process and then edit and tweak your copy to perfection.
DESIGN DAY

To make sure that we can make the most out of our day together, we require that your content (website copy, images, fonts, graphics, etc.) be supplied prior to the Design Day.
We’ll also need your wish list of your web design edits in order of priority before the day.
Good news: we cover ALL of this on our Strategy Call! We’ll suggest some strategy, you’ll pass along your wish list, and we’ll collaborate on a “to do” list for you so you know exactly what to have ready when Design Day comes

During our Strategy Call we’ll give you a good idea of what we’ll be able to accomplish on your site.
However, although we work quickly and efficiently, it’s important to remember that you are not purchasing an end result, but rather a block of our time.
You have the option to book as many more full or half days that you want. And we are always an email away should you need support in DIYing any remaining tasks.

Yes! I provide two weeks of post-design support (included in the price) to answer questions about the work done on our Kaizen Design Day.
You always have the option to add another full or half Design Day should you have more to-dos you’d like to get Squared away (if you’ll pardon the pun)

Yes, we do. Instead of the full 6 hours + two weeks post-design support, the Half Day includes 3 hours + one week of post-design support.*
If we complete a full Design Day and don’t finish everything you needed, a Half Day is a great option to wrap everything up.
*We try to reserve these for brands we’ve worked with before, as 3 hours can often not be quite enough for new clients, since we have a lot to learn about them + their site! We’re always open to discussing special circumstances though - so get in touch.

Our Kaizen Design Days are designed to fix to-dos and improve an already existing Squarespace Website.
To build a website from scratch takes a huge amount of time and effort and in order to properly create the website that both you and your clients deserve, we need to dedicate the right time and energy to it. We simply cannot do your website and brand justice if we try to cram it all into one day.
The good news is that our Shibui Package delivers you a website that looks and functions beautifully in just three weeks. With a design process intentionally crafted to flow effortlessly, you’ll feel as serene as bamboo gently blowing in the wind.
