Your website will be built by us in 3 weeks. Weeks 1 and 2 you can sit back and relax as we get to work making your (virtual) dreams a reality. Week 3 we collab to make any revisions and edits needed until it’s ready to launch which leads us on to…

WHAT THE DESIGN PROCESS LOOKS LIKE
PRE-DESIGN
GATHER YOUR CONTENT
From before we even begin your design we’ve got your back. We have compiled our most helpful guides, questionnaires and content planners, to help you gather your content and begin writing your story. We guide you every step of the way. No stone is left unturned and you’re never left to just figure things out. Goodbye that “help, I don’t know where to start” feeling.
Your copy doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to give us a rough idea of who you are and why you’re unique, so that we can work our magic in transforming your rough draft into an elegantly curated brand voice — aka the thing that will connect with your dream clients and get them to convert.
COPY WEEK
CURATE YOUR COPY
We’ll kick things off with a 1hr Copy Call. Using all the fabulous content you have gathered, written, and crafted, we’ll figure out together what tone, messaging and voice will connect best with your dream clients, and then we’ll create a plan of action.
From there we’ll get to work editing and refining your copy, so it still sounds like you — just the more polished, compelling and consistent version of you. For the finale we’ll send over the copy for you to check, and after a couple of rounds of revisions we’re set to begin designing the site of your dreams, using the fabulous copy you now have.
DESIGN PERIOD WEEKS 1&2
THE BUILD PHASE
We’ll hit the ground running on Day 1 of the design period with a 1hr Kick Off Call to make sure things start smoothly. By the end of Day 2 we’ll send you an example page of your website, so you can ensure we’re bringing your vision to life. Then once we have the all clear, you can sit back and relax as we get to work building your site for the rest of Weeks 1 and 2. At the end of Week 2 we’ll send your completed website for you to review over the weekend ready for the final phase in Week 3.
DESIGN PERIOD
WEEK 3
REVIEW, REVISIONS, REPEAT, LAUNCH!
After a weekend of reviewing your website, you’ll send us your list of edits by Monday morning of Week 3. We’ll spend the next 24hrs implementing those edits and repeating the process until Thursday Week 3 - Launch Day!
On Launch Day we’ll collaborate one final time with a 2hr lessons and launch call. We’ll teach you how to update your website as your business evolves and then once the lesson is complete you can grab the sake and celebrates as we hand over the website to you and hit launch — kanpai!
